本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Atlas Associates（以下「当社」）が提供する「Atlas Helios」（以下「本ソフトウェア」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
利用者は、本ソフトウェアをダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

This License Agreement governs your use of Atlas Helios provided by Atlas Associates.
By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Grant of License
Atlas Associates grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Atlas Helios.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to Atlas Helios belong exclusively to Atlas Associates.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind.
