OutEagle is an attack-first outbound sales platform for founders and lean teams. It brings target-list building, company research, personalized email execution, response management, lead qualification, deal tracking, and CRM handoff into one focused operating loop.
Why the name
OutEagle was born from a simple conviction: a young company needs customers before it needs an expensive enterprise CRM. “Out” comes from outbound—the discipline of moving first. “Eagle” represents long-range vision, precise timing, and decisive action.
The product is built to scout the market, attack with relevance, capture qualified interest, win the opportunity, and graduate with clean data when a larger CRM is finally justified.
Survive before you scale
Relentless execution does. OutEagle is the attack layer before the enterprise stack: decide who matters, send a relevant message, follow every signal, and turn motion into revenue.
Graduate with proof
When pipeline, revenue, headcount, and reporting complexity become repeatable, carry clean sales data into HubSpot, Salesforce, or the system your next stage truly needs.
One commercial survival loop
No bloated administration and no hiding behind setup. Every target gets a visible next action.
Import a CSV, add an account manually, or begin with a company URL.
Complete the company context and verify the website before writing.
Personalize the greeting and signature, then send a controlled email batch.
Turn replies and engagement into qualified leads with a clear next action.
Move qualified work into an opportunity and keep ownership visible.
Export a proven pipeline to the CRM that fits your next stage.
Product reality
The current Atlas build already runs the outbound loop. The non-public release build adds isolated customer workspaces, bring-your-own providers, invitations, seat limits, and CRM handoff. Public deployment and billing remain separate launch gates.
CSV import, manual entry, and URL-based company intake share one outbound workflow.
The current build can complete company name, website, and summary from a URL for review before saving.
Potential duplicates are surfaced before import or replacement so users control removal.
Contact names, fallback greetings, editable copy, signatures, sender selection, and controlled email delivery are managed in one screen.
Outbound status, replies, next actions, lead qualification, and deals stay connected to the same sales motion.
The release build isolates each workspace and encrypts customer-supplied Gemini, Resend, or Twilio SendGrid credentials. It is not publicly deployed yet.
Admins can export opportunities, prospect history, and contacts as normalized UTF-8 CSV for mapping into the next CRM.

Field manual
OutEagle gives the team a system. Deliverability and results still come from disciplined targeting, domain hygiene, useful messages, and fast follow-up.
Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC before increasing volume.
Start with a smaller daily volume and increase only while delivery and engagement remain healthy.
A focused list and a specific reason to contact usually outperform generic mass outreach.
Normalize domains and resolve duplicates before spending AI or provider calls.
Use the person’s name when known; otherwise edit a natural team- or role-based greeting.
Prioritize replies, record the next action, and keep every qualified account moving.
Share the attack
Share the canonical OutEagle page from desktop or mobile, directly to X or Threads, or by copying its clean URL.
FAQ
OutEagle is an attack-first outbound sales platform for founders and lean teams. It combines target-list building, company research, personalized sales email, response management, lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and CRM handoff.
Not forever—and that is intentional. Use OutEagle to create demand and prove a repeatable sales motion, then graduate when revenue, team size, and operational complexity justify a larger CRM.
Seats. The planned $15 plan supports up to 3 people and the planned $40 plan supports up to 10. Both are intended to include the same core workflow and role system.
Outbound company and contact records share the workspace cap. Confirmed duplicates can be excluded before import, and deleting or merging records restores capacity.
No. The product is designed around that daily working cadence. Actual delivery depends on the connected provider, its limits, domain reputation, authentication, audience quality, applicable law, and recipient behavior.
Yes in the release build. Each workspace can store its own encrypted Gemini, Resend, or Twilio SendGrid credential and verified sending domain. The release build is not publicly deployed yet, and provider contracts and usage charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
A 7-day trial is planned. Public checkout and the final payment route are intentionally paused while Atlas evaluates startup-program terms. External AI or email-provider charges remain separate and are billed by those providers.
