Why the name

Born to see the target before the market does.

OutEagle was born from a simple conviction: a young company needs customers before it needs an expensive enterprise CRM. “Out” comes from outbound—the discipline of moving first. “Eagle” represents long-range vision, precise timing, and decisive action.

The product is built to scout the market, attack with relevance, capture qualified interest, win the opportunity, and graduate with clean data when a larger CRM is finally justified.

Survive before you scale

Expensive CRM does not create your first customer.

Relentless execution does. OutEagle is the attack layer before the enterprise stack: decide who matters, send a relevant message, follow every signal, and turn motion into revenue.

Graduate with proof

Use OutEagle to earn the right to buy a bigger CRM.

When pipeline, revenue, headcount, and reporting complexity become repeatable, carry clean sales data into HubSpot, Salesforce, or the system your next stage truly needs.

Product reality

Market what works. Label what comes next.

The current Atlas build already runs the outbound loop. The non-public release build adds isolated customer workspaces, bring-your-own providers, invitations, seat limits, and CRM handoff. Public deployment and billing remain separate launch gates.

LIVE

Multi-source prospect intake

CSV import, manual entry, and URL-based company intake share one outbound workflow.

LIVE

Company context enrichment

The current build can complete company name, website, and summary from a URL for review before saving.

LIVE

Duplicate review

Potential duplicates are surfaced before import or replacement so users control removal.

LIVE

Personalized email execution

Contact names, fallback greetings, editable copy, signatures, sender selection, and controlled email delivery are managed in one screen.

LIVE

Lead and opportunity control

Outbound status, replies, next actions, lead qualification, and deals stay connected to the same sales motion.

RELEASE BUILD

Customer-controlled providers

The release build isolates each workspace and encrypts customer-supplied Gemini, Resend, or Twilio SendGrid credentials. It is not publicly deployed yet.

RELEASE BUILD

CRM handoff

Admins can export opportunities, prospect history, and contacts as normalized UTF-8 CSV for mapping into the next CRM.

Prospect capacity

10,000 records / workspace

The core feature set is the same. The plan difference is team size.

Planned trial

7 days

Trial activation and paid conversion will be finalized with the billing program and launch terms.

Daily operating rhythm

Designed around 100 emails / day

Actual sending and delivery depend on provider limits, domain reputation, authentication, audience quality, and law.

Review enriched data and duplicate candidates before anything is saved or removed.

Name · fallback greeting · signature

Use the contact name when present, or choose and edit a respectful fallback.

Email integration

Resend · Twilio SendGrid

The release build lets each workspace use its own provider contract, key, and verified sending domain.

In selection

Public checkout is intentionally paused while Atlas evaluates startup-program terms and the final billing route.

Field manual

Six rules for an attack that reaches the inbox.

OutEagle gives the team a system. Deliverability and results still come from disciplined targeting, domain hygiene, useful messages, and fast follow-up.

01

Authenticate the domain first

Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC before increasing volume.

02

Ramp instead of blasting

Start with a smaller daily volume and increase only while delivery and engagement remain healthy.

03

Use small, relevant batches

A focused list and a specific reason to contact usually outperform generic mass outreach.

04

Clean before enriching

Normalize domains and resolve duplicates before spending AI or provider calls.

05

Personalize the opening

Use the person’s name when known; otherwise edit a natural team- or role-based greeting.

06

Act on signals quickly

Prioritize replies, record the next action, and keep every qualified account moving.

FAQ

Straight answers before you start.

01What is OutEagle?

OutEagle is an attack-first outbound sales platform for founders and lean teams. It combines target-list building, company research, personalized sales email, response management, lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and CRM handoff.

02Is OutEagle meant to replace HubSpot or Salesforce?

Not forever—and that is intentional. Use OutEagle to create demand and prove a repeatable sales motion, then graduate when revenue, team size, and operational complexity justify a larger CRM.

03What is the difference between the planned $15 and $40 plans?

Seats. The planned $15 plan supports up to 3 people and the planned $40 plan supports up to 10. Both are intended to include the same core workflow and role system.

04What counts toward the 10,000-record limit?

Outbound company and contact records share the workspace cap. Confirmed duplicates can be excluded before import, and deleting or merging records restores capacity.

05Does OutEagle guarantee 100 delivered emails every day?

No. The product is designed around that daily working cadence. Actual delivery depends on the connected provider, its limits, domain reputation, authentication, audience quality, applicable law, and recipient behavior.

06Can each customer connect its own AI and email provider?

Yes in the release build. Each workspace can store its own encrypted Gemini, Resend, or Twilio SendGrid credential and verified sending domain. The release build is not publicly deployed yet, and provider contracts and usage charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

07How will the trial and payment work?

A 7-day trial is planned. Public checkout and the final payment route are intentionally paused while Atlas evaluates startup-program terms. External AI or email-provider charges remain separate and are billed by those providers.

08Which languages are available?

OutEagle has localized service pages in 20 languages: English, Japanese, Arabic, Bengali, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Hebrew, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, and Chinese.
